KCP&L partners with KSHB-TV on Living Green campaign

KSHB's Living Green Public Service campaign seeks to raise awareness of environmental issues that affect our community. KCP&L is one of six sponsors to represent the campaign which seeks to inform Kansas City residents how local companies can help them to reduce their impact on our environment. The goal is to educate the community on how to live greener and positively impact the environment.

The Living Green campaign highlights four KCP&L programs that can help cut energy costs for consumers:

• Energy Optimizer - Free programmable thermostat
• Cool Homes - Residential rebate for HVAC
• Energy Analyzer - Online home assessment tool
• Home Performance with Energy Star - Whole house energy efficiency audit
