Paying your KCP&L bill with Visa or MasterCard

As of January 2007, KCP&L is accepting Visa or MasterCard debit, credit or ATM payments over the phone - no charge*.

Call 816 471-5275, toll-free 888 471-5275 and choose "Make a Payment" from the Auto Services option, then select option 3 (Pay with Credit Card). Please have your KCP&L account number on hand to verify your number, then follow the simple voice prompts. You will be connected to Western Union for processing.
