KCP&L and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources are encouraging Missouri residents to "Change the World" one light at a time by replacing light fixtures or the bulbs in their home's five most frequently used light fixtures with ENERGY STAR®-qualified CFLs. In the average home, the most frequently used fixtures are in the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and outdoor lighting.
 NOTE: Change a Light, Change the World rebates are only available to KCP&L's Missouri residents at participating Westlake Ace Hardware or Hy-Vee locations.
