KCP&L Gift of Energy

A thoughtful and practical gift for any occasion
A KCP&L Energy Gift is a great idea for helping someone you care about. Present a Kansas City Power & Light customer with a gift certificate toward their electric bill payment. NOTE: Anyone can purchase an Energy Gift certificate for one of our customers - you do not have to be a KCP&L customer yourself.

Just complete and submit the form below. We will verify the customer's account information then send you an Energy Gift form and gift announcement card for you to send the recipient. You may give your gift anonymously if you wish.

Select your preferred method for receiving the Energy Gift form and announcement card. Make sure to choose whether or not you would like the gift to be anonymous. Once you recieve the form, complete it and mail it with a check or money order to the KCP&L address listed on the form. We will then apply the gift certificate to the recipient's account.

You may NOT include a gift certificate payment with your own bill payment. Any gift requests received this way will be credited to your own account rather than the person/family you wish to receive the gift certificate.

Please email us with any questions you may have about the Energy Gift program, or call us at 888-471-5275.
